We want you to love our products, so if something isn’t right, please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you! If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy!
Eligibility Window: To qualify for a replacement, exchange or refund, please contact Julie at email@example.com within 30 days of your original order shipment date. Please include a picture of the product in question and your reasons for dissatisfaction.
If the product arrives damaged in any way, we will send out a replacement free of charge. To qualify for a free replacement, you must e-mail photos of the original damaged packing and items to Julie at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon arrival. This ensures that we can make a proper claim with the shipping agent.
If you require a different size or change your mind about the item, you will need to send the item back to us and pay a small fee for shipping the new item back out to you. If you don’t want an item in exchange, we will refund you for the cost of the original item (but shipping is not refundable). Once we receive the original item back, we will send out the replacement.
